Make sure you add in your notes at checkout what name and number you want on your decal, or sent me an email to communicate your custom needs. ac.sagecreations@gmail.com if you only send me the name there will be no number added. If you only sent me the number no name will be added. so please specify all details you want. If you send me no custom details you will only receive a vinyl ball decal with no customs.
