Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption

   • Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise and services online only at Sage Creations only.

   • They cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

2. Value & Balance

   • The card retains a prepaid balance that can be applied toward purchases until the balance reaches zero.

   • No fees are charged for use or inactivity.

3. Expiration

   • Gift cards do not expire and are not subject to service fees. (If you want an expiration period, you may include one, but check your state’s gift card laws first.)

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

   • Treat gift cards like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.

5. Limitations

   • Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

   • Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

6. Refunds & Returns

   • Merchandise purchased with a gift card is subject to our regular return policy. Refunds for returns will be issued as store credit.

7. Fraud

   • Sage Creations reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card suspected of fraud, issued in error, or for other violations of these terms.

8. General Terms

   • Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

   • Sage Creations reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, as permitted by law.
